Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) for In-Person Raffle at Token2049 Conference, Singapore 2024

Please note: Chiliz Tokens and Fan Tokens are not and shall not be construed as investment or financial products; they are a form of cryptoassets. Be aware that: (a) their value is volatile and may fluctuate widely (both up and down); (b) in many jurisdictions, these types of assets are unregulated, but regulations for cryptoassets vary widely from place to place, and those may change, possibly affecting your legal rights or obligations; and (c) you may be liable for taxes on profits. Trading these assets entails significant risks, potentially resulting in a total loss of funds, and is not suitable for those under 18 or those without proper understanding. Consult a qualified advisor if necessary, and trade at your own risk. Chiliz Labs disclaims liability for any related loss or damage.

Campaign

1. This Campaign is called “In-person raffle at Token2049 conference, Singapore 2024” (the “Campaign”).
2. Chiliz Holdings AG, a company incorporated under the Laws of Switzerland, Zug, with its registered office at Gubelstrasse 11, 6300 Zug, Switzerland (“Chiliz Labs” or the “Promoter”).
3. The provider of the prizes can be the Promoter or any of the subsidiaries of Mediarex Enterprises Limited.

Winners and Prizes

4. There shall be a total of three (3) Campaign Winners (the “Winner(s)”).
5. Winners will be selected through a random draw from all eligible participants.
6. List of prizes (the “Prize” or “Prizes”):
   1. 1x PSG Fourth jersey 23/24 signed by various players (M)
   2. 1x AC Milan vs Lazio, Christian Pulisic 60′
   3. 1x Inter v Milan – Marcus Thuram 38′
7. The prize will be delivered in the following way:
   1. The Winners should fill in the typeform available at the Chiliz booth so the provider can send the Prize.
8. The Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered, unless otherwise specified in the Campaign guidelines.
9. In case of digital prizes, the Promoter reserves the right to withhold the Prize, either in part or in its entirety, if the local regulations applicable to the Winner prevent them from receiving the tokens due to regulatory, legal, or any other reasons associated with token receipt.
10. It is the responsibility of the Winner to provide correct, up-to-date details on acceptance of the Prize. The data provided must be that of the Winner and never of third-parties. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for Winners failing to supply accurate information which affects Prize acceptance or delivery of their Prize.
11. In the event of winning a giveaway or promotion as part of the Campaign, Winners must respond within 72 hours upon notification from the Promoter, providing necessary details, including but not limited to digital wallet addresses and/or physical delivery information (“Recipient Information”), for receiving the Prize.
12. If the Winner(s) fail to provide the required Recipient Information within 72 hours of being notified, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw an alternate Winner, who will then have 72 hours to provide the required Recipient Information. The original Winner will have no claims against the Promoter or any related entities for forfeiture of the Prize.
13. If the prize is being sent internationally or involves items subject to customs regulations, the winner may be responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.
14. Any reward in relation to the Campaign shall be strictly limited to that described herein in these Terms, and any other rewards, prizes, or benefits are hereby explicitly excluded.
15. If the Promoter is reasonably unable to award a specified Prize to a Winner due to any impediment beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative one or may choose not to award a substitute prize.

Eligibility and Participation

16. The Campaign is open to participants who satisfy the conditions set out under Clause 19 of the Terms.
17. The Campaign will run from 18th September at 9 am GMT+8 (the “Opening Date”) to 19th September at 3 pm GMT+8 (the “Closing Date”).
18. The Campaign will be executed in the following manner:
    1. On-site: The Campaign and the Prizes will be drawn physically on-site at the Event. One raffle will take place on the first day, and the two subsequent raffles will take place on the second day.
19. To participate, you MUST:
    1. Be aged eighteen (18) or over.
    2. Accept these Terms (participating in the Campaign will be understood as your acceptance of these Terms).
    3. Be physically present at the Token2049 conference in Singapore.
    4. Be in possession of a raffle ticket.
    5. Be present at the Chiliz booth at the set time.
    6. Scan a QR code specifically designed to join this giveaway.
    7. Provide the following details: your name, email address, and Telegram ID.
    8. Comply with any additional entry requirements or conditions specified in the Campaign guidelines.
20. Prohibited Jurisdictions are as follows: United States of America, Turkey, United Kingdom, Afghanistan, Burundi, Central African Republic, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, Iraq, Kosovo, Lebanon, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.
21. The following persons ARE NOT ELIGIBLE to participate in the Campaign:
    1. Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, or any other company involved in the design, production, execution, or distribution of the Campaign, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of such employees.

Entry Requirements and Limitations

22. Only one (1) participation per Participant is permitted. Each Participant is limited to one (1) account.
23. Participation in the Campaign is free.

Liability

24. The Promoter shall not be held responsible for the non-fulfillment or partial fulfillment of any aspect of this Campaign in case the same is due to any third party.
25. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize or a portion thereof with alternative prize(s) if circumstances arise beyond the control of the Promoter, rendering such substitution necessary.

Breach of Terms & Consequences

26. If a Participant violates these Terms at any point in time, the Promoter reserves the right to take appropriate legal and corrective measures.
27. Such measures may include, but are not limited to:
    1. Immediate Disqualification.
    2. Legal Action.
    3. Other actions the Promoter deems necessary to protect its interests.

Jurisdiction and Privacy

31. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland.
32. Personal data supplied during the Campaign may be passed on to third-party suppliers only as required for the Campaign’s fulfillment, delivery of the Prize, and marketing purposes.

General Provisions

33. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Campaign and the Prize is final and binding.
34. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to these Terms upon entry into the Campaign.
35. If a Participant uses fraudulent methods, the Promoter reserves the right to discard that Participant.
36. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Campaign at any time.
37. Chiliz Labs reserves the right to change, modify, add to, or remove portions of these Terms at any time.
38. By entering in the Campaign, participants accept and agree to participate in publicity material related to the Prize and Campaign.
