ChainPort has enabled USDT and USDC bridging to Chiliz Chain, enhancing cross-chain interoperability for popular stablecoins.
Since USDT is not natively available on the Chiliz Chain, ChainPort utilizes its Hybrid Bridging tech, which combines lock-and-mint and native bridging methods. How to Bridge USDT from Ethereum to Chiliz Chain in 3 Steps
Using ChainPort, users can bridge USDT, USDC and other tokens to Chiliz Chain and vice versa. This walkthrough is specifically for bridging USDT from ETH to Chiliz Chain, while a guide on bridging CHZ from Chiliz to Ethereum is also available.
Step 1 – Connect Your Wallet
Head over to the ChainPort app (https://app.chainport.io/) and connect your wallet. Wallets such as Ledger, Trezor, Coinbase Wallet, Wallet Connect, and Metamask are supported by ChainPort.
Step 2 – Select the Chains & Token
Select the source chain and target blockchain from the menu. In our case, the source chain is Ethereum, and the target chain is Chiliz Chain. Next, select USDT as the token you’d like to bridge from the dropdown menu.

Before confirming the transaction, please review all the related information. Details include the source and target blockchain, gas fees, and the specific number of USDT tokens. Once all details are confirmed, please approve the transaction and wait a few minutes.
