Chiliz will once again have a major presence at the Paris Blockchain Week, one of the world’s most influential gatherings of professionals of blockchain and web3, taking place at the emblematic Carrousel du Louvre, in Paris, from April 9–11.
We’ll host a branded booth, where members of our team will showcase our most recent developments and plans for the coming months. Nearly 200 brands are integrated into Chiliz’s SportFi ecosystem, and attendees can expect insights into upcoming collaborations.
Our CEO, Alexandre Dreyfus, and our Director of Crypto Operations, Anna Melton, will be leading a delegation explaining the vision of the Chiliz project to startups, developers, and brands looking to shape the future of the sports industry with us.
A key highlight will be the recent groundbreaking partnership with Paris Saint-Germain (PSG). PSG became the first football club to act as a validator node for the Chiliz Chain.
Dreyfus will take the main stage with Paris Saint-Germain’s Head of Web3, Pär Helgosson, and PSG legend and tech investor Blaise Matuidi, to discuss the partnership’s vision and its extensive benefits for the club and its fans.
The panel, titled “Beyond Fan Engagement: Building the Next Frontier for Blockchain and Sports” is scheduled for April 10th at 5pm, moderated by Alexis Johnson, Co-Founder & CEO of Light Node Ventures.
Before the session, attendees will have the chance to meet Matuidi at the Chiliz booth. The former PSG and Juventus player, now a committed tech investor with his VC fund Origin Funds, focuses on consumer technologies and holds several web3 brands in its portfolio.
