If you have identified a security vulnerability within our system, we encourage you to share your findings with us. We would be highly interested in reviewing any information you can provide regarding the issue. The most straightforward and effective way to report such a vulnerability is to send an email directly to security@chiliz.com.
To ensure that your report is swiftly handled, we need you pay attention to how you write:
- Use a descriptive title
- Start with the impact (low, medium, high)
- Provide the version of the software where the vulnerability was identified
- Retest on the latest version
- Always provide step-by-step reproduction instructions
- Provide any Proof of Concept available to help out
